My daughter was in the line at the bank and the lady in front of her decided to leave and backed up into my daughters car. My daughter only got her name, numbers and address. No insurance information. She did tell my daughter she would pay for the damage or have insurance pay. I have tried calling several times but no answer. Is there anything I can do if she doesn’t answer or call back?
